As we struggle through this pandemic, many SMBs are embracing a culture of inclusivity, authenticity and transparency. At PeopleForce, Rebecca Kantar, founder and CEO of Imbellus and David Heath, CEO and Co-Founder Bombas highlighted how remote working, changed work schedules and social distancing have reinvented the way we think about company culture. We also heard from Gina Hartigan, Vice President Human Resources at Mavenlink and Shannon Adkins of CEO Future State as they discussed business culture trends that seem to be gaining ground and what that means for employees and managers.
